1. Product Introduction
QiluVac PA PP film is produced by water quenched technology, and is ideal for temperature applications such as cooking, pasteurizing, sterilizing, and microwave heating.
1) High transparency and excellent flatness
2) Width range: 50um-350um, Max width 1200mm
3) Withstanding high temperature up to 121℃ for 30 minutes, can be used as retort packaging and pesticide packaging.
4) Can be printed and can be designed with easy peel effect
5) Application: All kinds of cooked meat, egg products, soy products, and other foods that require high-temperature 121℃ sterilization, can be also used for medical packaging, such as infusion bags.
QiluVac can adjust the thermoformed depth and packaging capacity by adjusting the thickness of the film, which can well match with automatic vacuum thermoforming machine, such as Multivac, VC999, Variovac, Frimaq, Webmatic, Ulma, ILPRA, etc.
QiluVac can adjust the barrier properties of the film according to customer needs, medium barrier (without EVOH) and high barrier (with EVOH).
