QiluVac Co-extruded thermoforming film is manufactured by using rapid water quenching process and casting technologies, superior formability, excellent optical appearance, and balanced mechanical properties that can extend the shelf life of food and preserve the color, aroma, and flavor of the food products.
QiluVac offers both a high oxygen barrier version and a medium oxygen barrier version plus a high temperature cooking and sterilization resistant version of coextruded thermoforming barrier films, providing for a broad range of packing solutions.
Thermoforming film is used on rollstock thermoform-fill-seal machinery, such as Multivac, VC999, Variovac, Frimaq, Webomatic , etc.
