The qualified quicklime is crushed to about 40mm by the jaw crusher, and sent to the crushed calcium oxide storage tank through the bucket elevator. The lime in the calcium hydroxide manufacturer's silo enters the pre-slaked lime through the steady flow screw conveyor or the quantitative weighing system. The mixer starts to digest under the intense stirring of the mixing rod (it can be divided into single, double and triple shafts according to different output values), and then enters the slaked lime mixer to complete the digestion process.
The digested lime is fed into the slaked lime silo by the slaked lime elevator and the silo screw conveyor, and the calcium hydroxide manufacturer then obtains qualified refined slaked lime from the ash-adding spiral air separator.
The refined slaked lime is unloaded into the finished slaked lime silo, and then sub-packaged according to user needs.
