Stretch film classification, in which an elastic film is stretched around a wrap, tightly wrapped and its ends sealed at ambient temperature. Assembling a wrap for pallet wrapping can save energy, reduce wrapping costs, reduce shipping losses and improve logistics efficiency. So, what is the classification of stretch film? Stretch film classification:
1. Manual wrapping film: This is a manual wrapping method. The surrounding film generally has low quality requirements, and the surrounding weight is about 4KG to facilitate operation.
2. Machine resistance stretch film: This kind of stretch film is mechanically surrounded, and the film roll is driven by the movement of the goods. The classification of stretch film has certain requirements for the extension of tensile strength, generally requiring an elongation of 300 %; the product volume component is generally 15KG;
3. Machine pre-stretched wraparound film: This wraparound film is wrapped by a mechanical method. When wrapping, the wrapping machine first stretches the wrapping film to a certain amount, and then wraps it around the goods to be wrapped. Package; There are many stretch wound blown films in the early stage, from single layer to two and three layers. At present, LLDPE stretch film is mainly produced by first-class stretching method. Since single-layer casting cannot complete single-sided bonding, the classification of stretch film is limited in its application field. Single-layer and double-layer casting does not have three-layer casting in material selection, and the formulation cost is also high, so the three-layer co-extrusion structure is ideal. With the improvement of film production equipment and processes, the advantages of multi-layer wrapping films that are conducive to improving product quality and reducing product costs have become increasingly prominent. Now, the surrounding membrane of the single-layer structure has been gradually reduced.
