According to the requirements of medical accessories products, QiluVac can adapt to the corresponding sterilization process; It can be effectively sealed and easily torn off with various dialysis paper (DuPont Tyvek gummed paper, imported/domestic medical dialysis paper) to achieve easy opening.
2. Structure:
Medical packaging thermoforming film material adopts FFS continuous automatic vacuum packaging machine, and the structure can be designed as below:
①Top Lidding Film: TYVEK gummed paper, or imported/domestic dialysis paper for medical use
②Bottom Film: PA/TIE/PA/TIE/PE/PE/Peelable；
PA/TIE/PA/TIE/PP/PP/Peelable (steam)
